Raid Supplies

Potions

I am keen to use whatever advantages we can in our raids. I have therefore farmed and stocked a number of potions in the guild bank as follows:

Golemblood Potion
Potion of Tol'vir
Volcanic Potion

Mythical Healing Potion
Mythical Mana Potion

All of the above potions will be traded by the guild bank at the subsidized price of 5g per potion. These potions sell on the AH from 5g to 20g but for simplicity I want to fix all the potions at a single price.

If you would like to help the guild and have an alchemist, then farm some of these potions and mail them to either Sativana or myself, and we will pay you 5g per potion. Yes you can do better on the AH, but this way you will be helping your guild and receiving some remuneration for your efforts. No more than 5 of these potions will be sold to any one player each raid evening (otherwise we simply won't have enough to go around).

I suggest that the buff potions be used sparingly, perhaps only when Time Warp or Heroism are up, in order to get the best use out of the stat buff.

Fish Feasts

We will endeavour to provide Seafood Magnifique Feast for free for our raiders. This is not always possible as the fish take sometime to farm. Therefore, again I want to make an offer to our guildies to purchase the relevant fish at a subsidized price. Again you can do better on the AH, but this way you will be helping you guild. The fish we require, should you wish to help are as follows:

Highland Guppy
Lavascale Catfish
Fathom Eel

The bank will buy these fish at 5g each. Some of thes fish are easier to catch than others, but for simplicity I want a single subsidized price. Please note, we will also only buy these fish in like proportion. In other words, if you want to sell fish to the guild, please sell a similar amount of each type of the three fish. This is to avoid the bank becoming flooding with those fish which are easier to catch, and still lacking in supplies of the harder fish (Lavascale Catfish).

Flasks

Again, wherever possible we will provide our raiders with Big Cauldron of Battle for free. This is not always possible. If we are unable to provide a cauldron, players will be required to provide their own flasks (or purchase flasks from the guild bank). The available flasks are as follows:

Flask of Steelskin
Flask of the Draconic Mind
Flask of the Winds
Flask of Titanic Strength

The bank will buy flasks from guild alchemists at 50g each, and sell for 30g. The math behind this is as follows:

If we buy 8 flasks to make a cauldron, that costs us 400g.
If we sell 20 flasks at a subsidized price of 30g, that costs the guild bank 400g also
i.e. buy 20 x 50g = 1000g, sell 20 x 30g = 600g, loss to the guild bank 400g.
So either way, the guild bank is providing 400g of subsidies for flasks each raid.

Please mail COD any materials you wish to sell to the guild bank to either Sativana or myself.

Please note that no more than two flasks will be sold to any individual player each raid evening (otherwise there won't be enough to go around).

Please note this scheme may be cancelled at any time if it results in guild funds diminishing. But then you can help there as well . . .

Guild Income

Did you know that the guild bank receives the following money from YOUR efforts:

1000g for the first raid boss killed each week
250g for the first 7 dungeons completed each week by a group of at least 3 guildies
10% extra gold from all the mobs you loot

So please get involved in guild runs to keep our income coming in, so that we can continue to provide these subsidies and the repair subsidies that KOS also grant members.

Im trying to raise my fishing skills atm ... well takes times it seems but Im gladly willing to fish a little for u when I reach the required lvl

and i have a budding herbilist aswell so ill help farm herbs as i hit the required lv

Price Update

All flasks will now be purchased by the guild bank from members at 75g each, and sold at 50g each (max 2 per raid).

So please note - you will now need 100g per raid for your two flasks and there are no cauldrons likely any time soon. This is in response to the departure of our guild banker, and the huge hike in prices on the AH.

Cancelled - AH prices (with the exception of Draconic Mind) seemed to have stabilised.

As soon as I get back on Aggramar and in raiding I should be able to provide Seefood Maqnifigue for free.
