This week both our raids were called short by people bailing out 15/20 mins early. If this is something that is likely to be happening with any kind of regularity we need to re-look at the slots we are actually playing.

I was going to post yet another side poll to give a pre-defined set of slots to choose from, but realised that we need to be more flexible with our options.

Our previous polls have shown that our main raid nights should remain as Sunday and Monday, in order to suit the majority of our current raid group.

So I now ask that if you want to raid with the guild that you post here and say what TIMES you would be available to raid on those nights. Please use SERVER times, (add UK times in brackets if you like).

For example:

Tree/Cedar:
Sunday: 20:00 - 24:00 (UK 7pm - 11pm)
Monday: 20:45 - 23:00 (UK 7.45pm - 10pm)

Please bear in mind that you will be expected to be online and ready to raid 10 minutes BEFORE raid time.

so does that mean that going by what you said i have to go like this?

monday 20:00-21:45 (server time)

If that is all the time you can raid, then; 'yes'.

Wyrmwood/Indicana

Sunday: 20.30 - 23.30 server time
Monday: 20.30 - 23.30 server time

Tamsk/Ystari
Sunday: 00:00 - 24:00
Monday: 00:00 - 24:00

Juggernort/Dantii/Leolass
Sunday: 20:45 - 23:00
Monday: 20:45 - 23:00

which is 'as is' and may make me seem terribly inflexibe.

Much earlier and it runs into meal times.
Much later is not good due to these being school nights.
Don't think I could comfortably move much more than 15 mins either way really.

Hey all

I will be able to raid sunday and properly also mondays 20:40 servertime. 20:30 I'll be rdy in game . Im so lucky that sometimes I dont need much sleep - sleep is something u get if u are lucky. So I will be able to raid until 0:00 and sometimes even to 2 o'clock or so. The 2 o'clock I cant do everytime cause my son is awake at 5.00 or 5.20 am every morning and if I do 2 days in a row with 3 hours sleep, Im kinda rusty doing week hehe.

And my wife - dont forget her.... Those women can really be scary sometimes even though a man should have bigger muscles. Im still able to fell me like a kid again when my wife uses her broomstick.

Off cource atm U will only grp me if really needed cause my support is still not the best. But with a little help from my friends (as beattles once sang)...

Looks like raid times are fairly fixed at what we have then, so any expansion will have to be to a third night. Side Poll incoming...

lately im sure all of you who raid have noticed that i have to go around 5 mins before we finish (last night a lucky night) so here im going to put a question forwards, what if we start at 7:30 and finish at 9:45 so we still get the same amount of time but start earlier and finish earlier.

just an idea so please don't kill me!

I think before we can concieve of a third raid night, we need more raiders. We just about get the ten we need on Sunday & Monday nights. If for whatever reason me and the girls are unavailable it doesnt go ahead. Needless to say the girls wont be raiding any other day because theyre at their mums, so we are going to have to recruit, or grow from our ranks, 2-4 more raiders I think, before proposing a third raid night.

As with the other nights though, it's preparation. As we get more folks wanting to join in we expand. If we don't make the numbers we can hit LFR as a group, being Thursday people generally wont have blasted their ID by then.
